Position Overview:
WebMD is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Website Traffic Analyst to join our Media Delivery Operations team. In this role, you will help manage our Consumer and Professional media business by supporting strategic advertising and marketing programs for major Pharmaceutical and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies.
The Associate Website Traffic Analyst will play a crucial role in the success of our digital media campaigns. By tracking, analyzing, and reporting on media program performance against contractual guarantees, you will serve as a vital support system for cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Ad Operations, and Inventory Management.  

 

Responsibilities:
  • Track ad campaign performance, manage orders, and conduct in-depth analysis from launch through final delivery.
  • Set up and maintain regular reporting for performance and pacing tracking, monthly billing, and revenue true-ups using both first-party and third-party delivery data.
  • Develop deep expertise in third-party ad serving technologies as well as WebMD’s proprietary billing and reconciliation tools.
  • Monitor revenue expectations, proactively communicate changes for accurate forecasting, and step in to reconcile billing when needed.
  • Serve as a central hub for internal teams by addressing delivery concerns, resolving media billing disputes, and proactively communicating any campaign obstacles.

Qualifications & Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • One year of experience with solid understanding of digital media math, paired with strong data management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with ad serving and measurement technologies (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Flashtalking, Innovid, DoubleVerify, or IAS) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Salary range: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00
